Young Adult Ministry

The Young Adult Ministry is a department of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America

The primary goal of the Young Adult Ministry is to encourage the spiritual development of Young Adults Ages 19-35 in the Orthodox Church through Fellowship, Prayer, Service, Faith, and Structure.

The Young Adults Ministry (YAM) of St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church gathers monthly in a wide number of events and activities. Many activities include Bible Study, Spiritual Talks & Lessons, and Services. Events have also included trips to the Exploratorium, Bon Fires, Barbecues & Picnics, Luncheons, Field Trips and other activities.

Many of our Young Adults continue to spiritually enrich themselves by assisting in other organizations of the church like the Ladies Auxiliary, Men’s Fellowship, assist with Sunday School/Christian Education & Teen SOYO chapters!

For more information on the Young Adults Chapter in St. Nicholas, or ways to get involved. Contact Shadi Azar – Young Adults Director.
